01 / The brief

Help people find a service. Help providers get ready.

Fyndr introduces an AI-powered service marketplace built around trust. Its public website explains the service model, Genie AI and verified providers. The vendor experience has a different job: collecting the information needed to create a useful provider profile.

The supplied product includes a six-stage onboarding interface and a separate administration application. This presentation focuses on the public website and provider onboarding. It does not expose the administration system or turn a portfolio visit into a real registration.

  1. 01

    Explain the offer

Introduce the marketplace before asking a visitor to download or join.

  2. 02

    Break up the application

Separate account creation, verification, business details, location, documents and review.

  3. 03

    Keep the provider oriented

Use a visible step count and persistent progress labels through the sequence.

02 / Experience structure

From understanding the marketplace to a reviewable profile.

The public website establishes the proposition. The provider flow then moves from an account to business information and evidence, ending with an opportunity to review.

03 / The product experience

Explain the business behind the service.

The business-details step groups the provider’s name, business type, service categories and contact information. The surrounding layout gives the form its context without adding more fields to the task.

  1. 01

    A clear position

Step 3 of 6 and the progress sequence show where the provider is.

  2. 02

    Useful grouping

Business information and offered services are collected within one coherent section.

  3. 03

    One next action

The form ends with a single continuation action, with a back route available.

04 / A closer look

Location is part of matching.

The next stage collects business location so the marketplace can connect service availability to the customer’s area. This follows business details rather than competing with them on the same form.

  1. 01

    A separate stage

Location has its own place in the sequence.

  2. 02

    Consistent controls

Input styling and continuation behaviour carry over from the business step.

  3. 03

    A review before completion

The final stage assembles the submitted information for checking.

05 / The interface language

A green signal, with a quiet form around it.

The onboarding source uses Inter, a bright green primary action and restrained neutral fields. The public website uses more expressive marketing sections; the form keeps attention on the next piece of information.

06 / Responsive design

The same six steps, on a smaller canvas.

The desktop onboarding layout pairs an illustrated introduction with the form. On a narrow viewport, the form becomes the main focus and fields follow a single reading order. The interface below is the original responsive code.

08 / Delivery

Two connected entrances to the marketplace.

The public website introduces Fyndr and its service categories. The supplied Next.js onboarding application implements the provider sequence. This case study lets visitors inspect the actual form components without creating a provider account.
